Uplift ia true El Paso project, funded by the city for our community and created by many members of our border region. Community out reach is a major component of this project. The project engaged community members from the Upper Valley neighborhood, the El Paso community at large, and individuals from Ciudad Juarez to take part in the creation the wing designs for UPLIFT.
